New Course for 2026!
Treepartner Training are excited to announce our brand new L03 – Risk Assessment course for 2026. This is a one-day classroom based course, designed specifically for individuals and groups working within the tree care industry, who would like to gain a more in depth understanding of the requirements for Site Specific Risk Assessment.
The first course will be delivered at the Henry Armer Training Room at Greenodd, near Ulverston on 28th May 2026, with space for up to 8 delegates.

Interested in Learning How to Set Up and Operate a Portable Industrial Power Winch to Move Timber?
Why not book a place on our one day CT7 – Portable Industrial Power Winch course and see our Capstan Industrial Power Winch in action. You will learn about the winch, it’s components, maintenance and pre-use checks, correct set up procedures and safe operation of the machine.
Use of the Capstan industrial power winch is also included in our F03 –Felling Medium Trees and F04 – Safe Management of Uprooted, Broken Leaning and Hung-Up Trees courses.

Look what’s new at Treepartner Training!
Treepartner Training have acquired an exciting new piece of equipment which will enhance learning, particularly on our Loler Thorough Examiner and Rigging courses. Many thanks to the British Caving Association for allowing us to provide a new home for their Drop Test Rig. This will enable our clients to observe potential forces experienced by climbing and rigging systems first hand.
Have you thought about Online Learning?
We are now offering 1:1 or small group training sessions online for classroom based learning covering a range of topics. Remote learning is an alternative training solution for those of you who are short on time or do not wish to travel, and it can be flexible to fit around your work life commitments.
