Risk Assessment (Tree Care Specific)

This course is suitable for individuals and groups who work within the tree care industry and are looking for a more in depth understanding of the requirements for Site Specific Risk Assessment.

    • Legislation and Health & Safety Executive (HSE)
    • Emergency Procedure Requirements
    • Generic v Site Specific Risk Assessment (SSRA)
    • Assessing and Recording Hazards, Risks and Control Measures
    • SSRA Worked Examples and Exemplars
    • Visual Tree Inspection
    • Planning and Managing Lifting Operations to include:
        • – Check List to be used prior to and during climbing & rigging operations
          – Establishing a safe strategy for carrying out climbing and rigging operations
    • Work Site Zonation

  • Following successful completion of the training, a Treepartner Training Record of Training and Achievement (certificate) will be issued
