Treepartner Training use and highly recommend Aspen 2 alkylate petrol for forestry and land based machinery, due to its high quality and reduced environmental impact.
Aspen 2 is alkylate petrol premixed with 2% biodegradable 2-stroke oil and is suitable for use in chainsaws, line trimmers, brush cutters, hedge trimmers and other air cooled 2-stroke engines.
Our trainees are taught about the key benefits of Aspen alkylate petrol:
- 99% cleaner than ordinary petrol – reducing the impact of machinery on the environment.
- virtually free from sulphur, benzene and solvents (potentially harmful to our health) with minimal odour.
- free from ethanol (harmful to small petrol engines) therefore improving engine performance and service life.
- Aspen 2 has a storage life of 3-5 years, compared to 3-6 months for regular petrol. It is therefore possible to store a fuelled machine for an extended period, without fuel becoming stale and have confidence that the machine will start with no difficulty.
